ESRC grants new seminar series
The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) have recently announced the award of a new seminar series, titled "Exploring Children's Relationships across Majority and Minority Worlds". Dr Kay Tisdall (Reader in Social Policy) will hold this research grant, as Co-Director of the Centre for Research on Families and Relationships.
CRFR is a consortium research centre based at the University of Edinburgh, with partners at the University of Aberdeen,University of Glasgow, Glasgow Caledonian University, UHI Millennium Institute and the University of Stirling. The seminar series will be jointly directed by this consortium of institutions.
The seminar series will run for 24 months, starting in spring 2010. The series will warmly welcome practitioners and policy makers, early career researchers and postgraduates, along with other academics from the range of relevant disciplines.
