Preliminary research into child contact proceedings
CRFR and Cl@n Childlaw are undertaking preliminary research for Scotland's Commissioner for Children & Young People.
Fiona Morrison and Kay Tisdall, from the Centre for Research on Families and Relationships, and Fiona Jones and Alison Reid, from Cl@n Childlaw, are undertaking preliminary research for SCCYP. The research is examining current practices and procedures in Scottish child contact proceedings when there is domestic abuse, from a children’s rights perspectives.
