EUSA Teaching Awards 2015
Three members of SPS staff have been shortlisted for EUSA Teaching Awards.
EUSA's Teaching Awards recognise the teachers, support staff, and peer support leaders who have made an enormous positive impact on students' learning experiences at The University of Edinburgh. They also provide a valuable way of gathering feedback on positive academic experiences, which can be used to improve the quality of teaching across the University.
The awards are voted for and judged by students themselves. The winners of each category will be chosen, by a student panel, based on the number of nominations received and their supporting statements.
2015's awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 22nd April when we will be crossing our fingers for our three SPS nominees who have been shortlisted for the following awards:
Best Personal Tutor Award (Shortlisted)
University of Edinburgh Q-Step Director & Senior Lecturer in Social Policy
Best Research or Dissertation Supervisor Award (Shortlisted)
Senior Lecturer in Social Anthropology and Development
Supporting Students’ Learning Award (Shortlisted)
- Lecturer in Sociology
