Top Political Science Award for CCC Fellow
Professor Nicola McEwen has been awarded the Political Studies Association’s (PSA) prestigious Public Understanding of Politics Award.
The award was given for Professor McEwen’s work at the Centre on Constitutional Change, helping the public grapple with the complexities modern politics.
Speaking after the awards ceremony, Prof McEwen said:
“It’s a hugely exciting time to be researching the UK’s constitutional relationships. And it’s an honour and a privilege for us to have the opportunity to work with people and organisations outside academia. I’m absolutely delighted that the PSA has recognised this contribution and the work of the CCC with this award.”
The Political Studies Association is the UK’s leading academic association in the field of political science and current affairs and recognises scholars and politicians at its annual conference, held this week in Glasgow.
