The Institute for Academic Development (IAD) and the Edinburgh University Students’ Association (EUSA) Peer Learning and Support Team are delighted to launch a weekly café session for PhD students later this month.
The aim of this initiative is to create an informal, friendly space for PhD students to socialise, share their experiences and exhange thoughts and ideas.
Students from all School subject areas and centres are welcome to join these meetings.
During the first few sessions, there will be a designated volunteer who will be facilitating their coordination. However, if any participant would like to volunteer as a coordinator over subsequent sessions, they can do so by contacting Nathalie Vladis (Academic Developer - Postgraduate Peer Support) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The first session is scheduled for Thursday, the 26th of July at 2 pm at West Wing (CMB).
No need to register, just turn up!
