Multi-level Governance Revisited. Comparing the Strategies of Interest Representation of Legislative Regions in EU Environmental Policy-Making.
My field of interest is the ongoing debate between multilevel governance and intergovernmentalism on the ways in which substate units can and do represent their interests in the EU's policy-making process. In my thesis, I analyse the impact of different types of federal states on the strategies of interest representation of regions in the EU legislative process from a rational choice institutionalist perspective.
