Research interests

I am currently working on the relations between the European Union and the Nordic States. My Master's thesis focused on the specific case of Iceland. My research interests also include:

  • The future of the European Economic Area;
  • Future enlargement of the European Union;
  • The referendum process in the Nordic States;
  • Party systems, public participation and populism in the Nordic States.
