Critiquing your work (Session 5 of 5: Writing Skills to take you from A to Z)

All writing benefits from feedback and the first person to see and provide that feedback is – you. You’ll learn how to view your writing objectively and become a critic. This skill is best practised by reading and commenting on other people’s work and so we’ll talk about how to set up and get the most out of peer-based writing critiques.

This series of five workshops will provide you with a toolkit of writing skills and good habits to take you from the beginning of your thesis to the successful end.

Secure your place on the workshop by registering here. If you sign up and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration via Eventbrite or contact ssps.student-development@ed.ac.uk
