Jubilee Scotland is a coalition of concerned individuals and organisations who work together in Scotland for the cancellation of all unpayable and illegitimate poor-country debt. JWI, Jubilee Scotland and the Public Policy Network jointly hosted a workshop on 'Legitimate Debt' on 8 October 2009.
