Marjorie is on secondment to the Research and Knowledge Exchange Office in Edinburgh College of Art until December 2017.
Marjorie was the first point of contact in the School of Social and Political Science Research Office for research enquiries relating to Social Anthropology, Sociology, the Centre of African Studies and the Centre for South Asian Studies. She has worked in the SSPS Research Office since April 2010, in both grant application and post-award administration. She also has responsibility for administering internal School research funding and supporting the Research and Research Ethics & Integrity Committee.

Marjorie previously worked in the SSPS Underegraduate Teaching Office, having joined Politics and International Relations in August 2006. Before joining the University she had worked in both the public and private sector. She also studied for her MA Honours degree at Edinburgh University and graduated in 1999.
