Undergraduate Teaching Office

The Undergraduate Teaching Office is responsible for the administrative support for staff and students on all undergraduate courses run by the School of Social and Political Science.

Specific services we support:

  • Course enrolment
  • Course changes
  • Assessment submission (including dissertations)
  • Examination administration
  • Timetabling of classes and room allocation
  • Coordination of Special Circumstances Committees
  • Coordination of Course Boards of Examiners
  • Recording and publishing of assessment results (marks/grades)
  • External examiner process
  • Tutor payment claims
  • Committee servicing: Undergraduate Board of Studies/Undergraduate Teaching Committee
  • Academic misconduct case administration
