Background
My primary research interests lie in social movements, political ideologies, and the impact new communication technologies have on political and civic participation. Building upon my previous research, I intend to further explore the potential role of communication technologies in developing Romanian civil society and the way in which this is embedded within global geopolitical patterns of social transformations.
