Application fee payments
Body
September 2024 entry
Should you wish to apply for September 2024 entry to a programme that carries an application fee, you are responsible for paying the non-refundable application fee as soon as you receive your University User Number (UUN). No prompts or reminders are sent in regards to this payment.
Please note that application fees must be paid even if you are attempting to secure funding via a scholarship or other means.
If the application fee is not paid, your application will not be processed.
ePay Payments
All non-refundable application fee payments should be made via ePay, the University's secure payment system used for all credit/debit card payments. Please ensure to quote your University User Number (UUN) so that the payment can be correctly allocated to your application.
Transfers
Should you be unable to make your non-refundable application fee payment via ePay, a bank transfer can be accepted by contacting us at (PGApplicationfee.SPS@ed.ac.uk). Funds must clear the University's bank account, which can take between 5-10 working days, before being allocated to your application.
Please note that your bank may charge a fee for this service which will be deducted from the total transfer amount - it is your responsibility to ensure the correct amount reaches us.
Other payment methods
If you are unable to pay by either of the above methods, please contact us at PGApplicationFee.sps@ed.ac.uk to discuss your situation.
