PhD students and early career colleagues are warmly invited to participate in a master class with Professor Deborah A. Thomas.

Ahead of the class, participants will be asked to read Professor Thomas’s recent article (with Leniqueca A. Welcome) on multimodal research and the anthropological gaze (please see link below). During the class, participants will introduce themselves and their respective projects. They’ll also be invited to raise questions about the article in relation to their own work, and more.

Coffee and lunch will be served.
