Introduction
- Login here with your UUN and EASE password
- Find your profile
- Once you've opened your profile page, you will see View and Edit tabs on the left hand side of the screen.

- View shows the page as it is displayed, Edit allows you to make changes via the Edit form. Any changes must be saved in Edit to appear in View. Changes can be previewed before saving using Preview.
- The same Edit interface is used for all staff profiles - some sections are marked for use in an Academic profile and others for use in a Professional Services profile.
- Tips to optimise your profile
- Use first-person
- Include a professional, welcoming photo
- Highlight select achievements rather than exhaustive lists
- Include structured headings for easy navigation
- Balance your academic achievements with approachability
- Mention current/past PhD supervision experience

Your profile will then appear in the corresponding Subject Area people pages:

- Science, Technology and Innovation Studies (STIS) People
- Social Anthropology People
- Social Work People
- Social Policy People
- Sociology People
- Centre of African Studies (CAS) People
(Please note Sustainable Development does not have a corresponding Subject Area on the website)

Select your department under the Works within list when editing your profile:

You may select multiple departments.
Your department will be listed under Works within at the bottom of your profile. Your profile will also be searchable by that department.
Please note: selecting a Subject Area in this list will not add you to the Subject Area's people page. To do this please refer to Adding your profile to a Subject Area above.
