This interactive workshop will explore what it means to lead within an academic context. During the workshop we will explore the distinct approaches that successful academic leaders take and the behaviours that enable these approaches.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

• An awareness of what academic leadership is and isn’t.
• An understanding of how the behaviours that academic leaders demonstrate impact on the outcomes they achieve.
• An awareness of your own attributes as an academic leader.
