This workshop will explore how to systematically make decisions and how to influence others in the implementation of the outcome of the decision. By the end of the workshop you will have:

• Explored several approaches and models for making effective decisions
• An awareness of how you make decisions and communicate then impacts on the implementation of decisions.
• An understanding of how to influence people more effectively
