We will focus on how you can build collaboration and sustain great study teams to help both you and your colleagues throughout your time at university, from study groups to projects and voluntary organisations.

Learning goals:

• Understand the difference between a group and a team and when a team works best
• Understand the different qualities and competencies that are valuable in team work
• Begin to realise personal team working qualities, possible strengths and weaknesses and how you can use this knowledge to build your own team working skills
