Managing your Time and Projects
Description
This workshop will apply the latest research on biological body-clocks, cognitive concepts of flow, psychological and physiological peaks and troughs, as well as helping you to manage goals and expectations for your project work.
By the end of this short session you will be invited to change aspects of your ideas and approaches to managing your work and study routines to become more realistic and personal and also be in a position to implement fundamental ‘next steps’ that really work, driving you forward and keep your motivation high.
The words 'should' and 'guilt' will be notable by their absence from this seriously important but also fun workshop.
