Description

Managing your time and energy for a degree can teach key self organisation skills that are also invaluable life skills.

In this fun and interactive workshop we will explore how athletes, writers and artists, manage their time and energy for deep and productive work that strengthens and develops both themselves and their social sense of mission.

We'll explore how you can benefit from the science of chronobiology (your natural body clock) and the example of individuals who have fashioned daily lives full of knowledge and meaning.

Finally we will bring the lessons together to focus on when and when not to set goals, and how to achieve results through developing your own personal and motivational daily rhythms so that you can work, rest and play like a professional and not like an amateur.

You should have a list of between three to five key action points to develop and improve your own working practices by the end of the workshop.

Please note: This session will be facilitated online via Zoom. Joining link will be sent out via email closer to the date.
