It can be difficult to work efficiently when flustered or anxious. Explore tools to instill calm and mental clarity, be in tune with your feelings, body, and thoughts, and receive peace and joy for just being you without feeling the need to perform in exchange.

- Breathwork
- Automatic writing
- Ceremonially Cacao ethically sourced from Costa Rica
- Sound bath
Please bring drinking mug/tea cup, pen/paper. Wear comfy clothes. Drinking water suggested.
