Description

The second part in a series by Dr Helen Kara. Ethical research is better quality research.

This course is designed to raise your awareness of why and how you need to think and act ethically in practice throughout your research work. The current system of ethical review by committee can lead to the misleading sense of having ‘done ethics’. This course covers the Euro-Western and Indigenous paradigms and discusses present-day research misuse and abuse around the world. You will learn how to conduct research that is truly ethical. There is also an opportunity for discussion of your own ethical dilemmas, if you wish.

Please note: This session will be delivered online via Zoom. The link to join the event will be sent in a separate email.
