Sleep is a critical part of our physical and mental health, yet is often the first thing to suffer when we enter periods of stress. Join us to learn about the role of sleep in our lives and practical strategies to improve sleep quality.

Learning objectives include:

How sleep works – circadian rhythm, types & cycles of sleep.

Function of sleep – memory, problem-solving, creativity, emotion regulation, general health & performance.

Sleep improvement techniques – daytime wellness, breathing techniques, small practical changes that can make a big difference.
