In this workshop we will explore what leadership looks like in an academic research context. We will review several different models of leadership and discuss how insights from these models can inform your own leadership approach.

Objectives:

• An awareness of what leadership is and isn’t.
• An understanding of how the behaviours that academic leaders demonstrate impact on the outcomes they achieve.
• An awareness of your own attributes as an academic leader.
