Languages
- There are a wide range of language courses, and at different levels.
- There are also year-long and semester-long courses available for students with previous language qualifications – you can search on Path for these by typing in the language(s) in which you are interested.
Arts courses
- There are plenty of which SD students have taken in the past: Edinburgh College of Art Degree Programme Tables (DPT)
Advice from previous students - AVOID YEAR-LONG COURSES if possible!
Economics ECNM08013, students in the past have found this very difficult – go for Economic principles instead if you’re interested in Economics and don’t want to keep the option of a transfer to an Economics degree.
Introduction to Business (BUST 08026) – easier than the economics course but still risky; both these courses are 40 credits and you have to take them for a full year to be able to pass.
