Background

Research currently explores the lived experiences single parents who are refugees and asylum seekers. My work explores the complex intersections of birth, family dynamics, and social identity among single parents within these communities. My work aims to illuminate the profound impacts of displacement and individual experiences of loneliness and racism to further understanding of how these factors shape and impact social integration.
