Exploratory Lunch: Environmental Sustainability
Venue
Online eventDescription
The School of Social and Political Science (SPS) has a diverse and growing number of colleagues actively contributing to research and teaching in environment and sustainability. Yet, at the same time, there are currently only limited targeted internal mechanisms within SPS for enhancing visibility of this expertise, encouraging networking and capacity building, or stimulating research collaborations with associated scholarly and KEI outputs. With the presence of this critical mass in SPS there is a need to build an SPS Environmental Sustainability Network as a source of research and teaching expertise and excellence – for both individuals and as a collective – at the University of Edinburgh.
Come and discuss the possibilities and future directions for Environmental Sustainability research and teaching in SPS during this first Exploratory Lunch - a new initiative in SPS to connect broad research topics across our diverse Subject Areas.
